Dr Hajian is a Sydney-based vascular and Endovascular surgeon. He is a member of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and Australia and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery.
Dr Hajian is an Australian trained vascular surgeon. As a specialist in vascular surgery, he provides high quality of care for patients with various acute and chronic conditions affecting the blood vessels and circulatory system. Dr Hajian has special interest in providing minimally invasive interventions for patients with peripheral vascular disease, varicose veins, aneurysms and those who need access surgery for dialysis or chemotherapy.
Dr Hajian has a PhD in vascular tissue engineering and designing new generation of biomaterials from the University of Sydney. He was awarded the best trainee Research Prize in Australia and New Zealand during his training in 2016.
He provides full range of minimally invasive treatments for patients with venous disease such as laser ablation for varicose veins, sclerotherapy, and cosmetic micro sclerotherapy in both day procedure clinic and hospital settings.
Dr Hajian is employed as a vascular surgery consultant at Nepean hospital. He also has private clinical appointments at Strathfield Private and Macquarie University Hospitals.
Consultation on various vascular conditions including varicose veins, DVTs, arterial insufficiencies, diabetic feet, aneurysms, access surgery for chemotherapy or dialysis, chronic lower limb wounds and lymphoedema.
Diagnostic studies in accredited vascular lab: ABI, Aorto-iliac and peripheral arterial ultrasounds for occlusive and aneurysmal disorders, Surveillance scan for AVF dialysis access and carotid disease, venous insufficiency and DVT ultrasound studies.
