Dr Katelaris has extensive training and experience in same-day, local anaesthetic surgical assessment and procedures that are completed with meticulous technique.

Dr Katelaris was a Urology Registrar for 3 years at teaching hospitals in Sydney, Albury and Tweed Heads. He conducted original research at the University of Melbourne for which he was awarded a Master of Surgery in 2019. He undertook further training in local anaesthetic vasectomy under the supervision of a Senior Urologist, perfecting the “Li Technique”. He has performed 1000 vasectomies to date with exemplary results and high rates of patient satisfaction.

Dr Katelaris is well qualified in this field having achieved Advanced Clinical Certificates in Dermoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
